Brushless Motor Test Bench: Design & Implementation

Tilt-rotor military UAV: Proof of concept
Developed at Unidad de Investigacion y Desarrollo Tecnologico de la Armada de México
Designed a proof of concept of a hybrid tiltrotor drone for tactical UAV operations, integrating fixed-wing and multirotor capabilities to enhance range, stability, and vertical takeoff.

Designed harnesses and electrical routing in CAD, optimizing serviceability through collaboration with engineering teams at Tec de Monterrey Puebla and CDMX campuses. No shown images due to confidentiallity.
Maintenance Engineering Activities: Poliurethane Injection Industry
Developed at PSW
Maintained polyurethane injection systems, measuring KPIs in a dashboard. Optimized electrical panel wiring for easier servicing, also enhanced processes to improve product stress testing for the VW Taos project.

Manufacturing & Design of an E-Kart (1/2)
Leading Escudería B Racing , sponsored by Schaeffler R&D E-Mobility
B Racing started as a team of 5 members on Feb 2022. After the proposal of a project of the automotive engineering students (Aug 2023) to design and manufacture an E-Kart, the joint venture of all members took place. Schaeffler proposed to sponsor the project. This is the inspiration, design, manufacturing and installation processes of main components and first testings of the eKart BR24-E - fabricated by students. Mentor: PhD (mechanic engineer) David Hernández Castillo.

Testing, manufacturing, bodywork creation and competition of the eKart BR24-E. Winners of the Electratón 2024 Season with 3x 2nd and 2x 1st place races in Toluca, Querétaro, Cuautla, Guadalajara and Monterrey racing tracks. The team was invited to participate in Formula E CDMX Grand Prix on Jan 2025.
